The purpose of SteelDoc: Code of Practice for Structural Steelwork Documentation is to clearly identify what Contract Documents, in particular the Drawings, should contain to get good value out of steel construction in New Zealand.
The aim of SteelDoc: Code of Practice for Structural Steelwork Documentation is to set minimum performance criteria that are readily achievable and reflect common practice in the industry.
This second edition of the Code of Practice is reissued as report SCNZ 12:2006, following incorporation of Steel Construction New Zealand. This second edition includes the software programme SteelDoc.
