Markplan Consulting has developed a reputation for its high level of service, and maintains a very personal approach in its operating culture. The types of projects we have undertaken and specialise in include structures and civil works related to:
- Industrial developments across all sectors of manufacturing and logistics, such as breweries, canning factories, warehousing, dairy installations (large-scale automated rotary milking facilities), truck and plant maintenance facilities, concrete batching plants, pre-cast concrete manufacturing plants, quarry and crusher infrastructure;
- Commercial, medical, educational, retail and tourist developments, such as fast food outlets, low-rise, multi-unit office and retail developments, community-based medical centres, kindergartens, adventure tourism and outdoor pursuit structures, product manual development and certification;
- Infrastructure development, including motorway and general roading-related retaining structures, stormwater treatment, detention and re-use systems, wharf structures (including their marine structures, maintenance and construction), structural survey work for essential infrastructure, pump station structures, pipe bridge structures, large signage structures;
- Residential structures, ranging from small additions requiring structural input to multi-unit housing developments comprising timber-framed, masonry, lightweight concrete, structural steel, tilt panel and cast in-situ structural elements, swimming pools, in-ground site stabilisation structures, temporary excavation retaining structures.
In addition, we have designed the structures of more than a dozen award-winning homes throughout New Zealand, the Pacific Islands and Australia.
